Features of Domus Partners:

Pasaje Funicular

Magnificent century-old Barranco property by the sea, of approximately 3000 m2 of surface, with an imposing and exceptional panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean.

The property is located on the cliffs of the city of Lima, next to the old funicular of Barranco (July 28, 1896) that connected the neighbors with the Baños de Barranco, currently the Playas de la Costa Verde, and which was the ninth to be installed worldwide.

The house, built entirely of adobe at 1898 has been photographed exclusively at 1996 by the award-winning French photographer Patrick Demarchelier, commissioned by Marie-Claire magazine, for its cover issue, as the most representative house in Barranco.

While the purpose of the sale and purchase is primarily residential, it should be noted that the property, along about 100 meters of cliff, is ideal for low density projects (such as restaurants and bars), medium density (such as hotel-boutiques) or high density (such as hotels), as indicated by the attachments provided.
